Professor François-Xavier MADEc — urologist, andrologist and sexologist, specialist in reconstructive surgery of the genitourinary system. He practices at Foch Hospital (Suresnes, France) and teaches at the Faculty of Medicine of Paris-Saclay University. Member of the French National Academy of Surgery.

He is an expert of the European Association of Urology on urethral and genital reconstruction. He has performed hundreds of operations on the urethra and penis, including urethroplasty, prosthesis implantation, lengthening and straightening procedures, as well as various types of genital flaps. He has numerous scientific publications and regularly speaks at international congresses.
